I. General Characteristics

PVC high pressure hose is made of high quality PVC raw material and advanced technology, five-layer structure design makes it both flexible and pressure resistance. Working temperature range -10℃ to 65℃, Pressure-bearing range 10bar to 40bar. It has the characteristics of anti-aging,anti-ultraviolet,corrosion resistance and wear resistance,widely used in industry, agriculture, civil field, to ensure the safety and reliability of fluid transportation.

1. Thickened PVC inner hose: 

high-quality thickened PVC material enhances the abrasion resistance and pressure resistance of the hose; smooth inner wall reduces fluid and gas resistance. It is leakage and explosion-proof, ensuring the safety of transportation.

2. High-strength fiber reinforcement layers: 

two layers of high-strength polyester fiber cross weave, forming a tight mesh structure, significantly improve the anti-pressure capacity of the hose and anti-burst.

1. Installation: 

clean the connection parts, standardize the connection, use the appropriate connectors (such as quick couplings, flanges, etc.), bending radius ≥ 5 times the diameter of the hose to prevent damage to the structure of the hose.

2. Environment: 

over-temperature and over-pressure are strictly prohibited. The transportation of strongly corrosive substances is strictly forbidden. Continuous spark splashing and direct contact with high temperatures should be avoided.

3. Maintenance:

empty and rinse after use, keep the internal neat, stored in a dry and cool place, avoid contact with sharp objects.
