PVC layflat water hose adopts innovative composite structure design, which integrates the chemical stability of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and the mechanical advantages of high strength polyester fiber. 

 

The weight of the product is only 50% of the traditional rubber layflat water hose, and a single person can complete the long-distance laying and rapid rewinding;

 

 Its unique flexible memory property enables it to maintain its flexible bending ability in an environment ranging from -15℃ to 65℃, allowing it to easily meet the deployment requirements of complex terrains and narrow spaces.

The layflat water hose consists of three layers of precision structure: 

 

The inner layer is precision PVC liner, molded by heating and extrusion process, directly in contact with the media, no leakage risk; 

 

The middle layer is woven with high-strength polyester fibers to form a three-dimensional support structure, with a compressive strength of 3kg~11kg;

 

The outer layer is a protective layer of UV-modified PVC, it has self-cleaning function and the ability to resist sand,stone scratches and abrasions, which effectively extends the service life.
