I. The Structure And The Core Material

• Inner layer: 

Made of high-quality PVC material, acid and alkali resistant, corrosion resistant, suitable for water, oil, chemical raw materials and other media. Smooth inner wall can reduce the fluid resistance when passing through.

• Enhancement layer:

- Steel wire reinforcement layer: High-elastic galvanized steel wire is spirally wound to enhance the negative pressure resistance (up to 0.7MPa) and tensile strength, preventing the hose body from deforming or cracking.

- Fiber reinforcement layer: The outer layer is superimposed with a high-strength fiber braided layer to enhance the positive pressure resistance (up to 1.5MPa), and improve the wear resistance and impact resistance of the hose.

• Outer layer:

- PVC protective layer, with strong weather resistance, UV resistance, and resistance to high and low temperatures (-20℃ to 65℃), extending service life.
