I. General Characteristics

PVC three layers of PVC and two layers of fiber reinforcement oxygen&acetylene twins welding hose is a professional industrial-grade hose designed for industrial gas transmission, which is made of high-quality polyvinyl chloride resin and high-strength polyester fibers as the core raw material, refined by innovative composite technology. The product is connected as a whole by two separate flexible hoses, realizing the parallel transmission of oxygen and acetylene gases, and accurately adapting to welding, flame processing and other complex operational scenarios. The surface of the hose is treated with a special formula to provide excellent wear resistance, anti-aging and corrosion resistance, which ensures stable gas delivery even in harsh industrial environments and significantly improves operational efficiency and safety.

1. Composite three-layer PVC wall: 

the inner layer is made of low permeability formula, effectively preventing the mixing and leakage of gas; 

the middle layer is elastic reinforcement layer, giving the hose excellent flexibility and compression strength;

the outer layer has excellent weather resistance, and it can withstand the scraping, erosion and ultraviolet aging.

2. Double-layer fiber reinforcement system: 

double-layer high-strength fiber mesh inside the adhesive layer, evenly distributed on both sides of the middle layer, this design makes the tensile strength of the hose increase by 40%, the tear resistance increase by 3 times.

3. Parallel dual air path structure: 

two independent air delivery hoses are seamlessly fitted by hot melt process, with red and blue color differentiation, which not only ensures the safety of delivery, but also facilitates quick identification and connection operation.

The usage specifications

1. Installation standard:

3. Maintenance:
