I. General Characteristics
PVC double strand fiber reinforced hose is a high-performance hose specially developed for high-pressure fluid transmission scenario, with high-quality PVC as the basic material, combined with double-strand fibre interweaving reinforcement technology, forming a high-strength composite structure. With high pressure resistance, twisting resistance and abrasion resistance, the product can stably transport liquids or gases under complex working conditions, and is widely used in industry, agriculture, engineering and special fields.

1. Inner hose:
It is made of high-density PVC with smooth inner wall, corrosion resistance and low fluid resistance, supporting customized formula with oil, acid and alkali resistant.
2. Reinforcement layer:
Double strands of high-strength fibre (polyester) to form a mesh skeleton by cross weaving process, it improves the pressure resistance and tear resistance by 30% compared with the single-strand fiber reinforced structure, and effectively resist the impact of the pulse.
3. Outer hose:
Thickened PVC elastomer protective layer, non-slip surface pattern design, anti-UV and anti-aging, good abrasion resistance.
