I. General Characteristics
Rongheng PVC flat ribbed suction hose is a hose that combines innovative technology and practical functions. With unique design and high quality material, it shows excellent performance in all kinds of conveying scenarios.
The hose is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) through advanced production technology. It has good flexibility and compression resistance, and can adapt to complex installation environments and use conditions. At the same time, it has excellent abrasion and corrosion resistance, and can work stably under a variety of harsh working conditions. The hose has strong chemical stability and is unlikely to react with common weak acids or bases. It also has a long service life.
II. Structure
PVC flat ribbed suction hose adopts scientific multi-layer structure design.
1. The innermost layer is a smooth conveying layer, which can effectively reduce the resistance of material conveying and ensure the smooth passage of fluid or granular material;
2. The middle layer is embedded with high strength helix reinforcement, the flat rib structure is basically in the same plane with the outer surface of the hose wall, which provides strong support for the hose and keeps it in good shape and not easy to be deformed and collapsed when it is under pressure or negative pressure;
3. The outer layer is a specially treated protective layer with anti-aging and anti-scratch characteristics, further enhancing the durability of the hose.
