I. General Characteristics

This PVC transparent hose is made with industrial-grade polyvinyl chloride (PVC) as the core raw material, through a precise heating extrusion process. It is dedicated to providing high transparency and cost-effective fluid transportation solutions, suitable for common fluid transmission scenarios in industries, agriculture, fishing, and laboratories.

The PVC clear hose has a completely transparent texture, allowing for clear observation of the fluid color, flow rate, and impurity conditions. It is flexible and resistant to bending, capable of withstanding a 180° bend without deformation at room temperature; it is lightweight, facilitating manual handling and integration with equipment, and also possesses excellent weather resistance, enabling stable use both indoors and outdoors.

II. Structure Design

A single-layer homogeneous structure is adopted. High-purity PVC resin is mixed with industrial-grade plasticizers and heat stabilizers and then extruded to form the hose. 

 

The wall thickness is uniform, the inner wall is smooth, effectively reducing fluid resistance; the outer layer is added with a small amount of anti-ultraviolet additives, which can resist outdoor ultraviolet radiation and delay aging. 

 

The no-layering design avoids the risk of inter-layer peeling and ensures the sealing performance and reliability during long-term use.

The cost is 50% lower than that of silicone hoses, suitable for large-scale pipeline laying, such as industrial production lines and agricultural irrigation systems. 

2. Weather-resistant and durable: 

Working temperature range -15℃ to 65℃. With anti-aging formula added, the performance remains stable for 5 years indoors and 3 years outdoors. 

3. Chemical Resistance: 

Resistant to weak acids, alkalis and common chemical solutions. Suitable for light industry and laboratory fluid transportation. 

4. High visibility: 

The entire body is made of transparent material, allowing the fluid state to be observed without additional monitoring equipment, thereby reducing maintenance costs.
