I. General Characteristics
PVC oxygen&acetylene twins welding hose is a high-performance hose specially designed for for the transportation of oxygen and acetylene gas and welding, using high-quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and polyester fiber as the basic raw materials, combined with advanced technology manufacturing. The product is equipped with two independent gas channels, which can deliver oxygen and acetylene gases at the same time to meet the needs of welding, cutting and other operations. Its outer surface is wear-resistant, aging-resistant and corrosion-resistant, adapting to a variety of complex working environments, guaranteeing the safety and stability of gas conveying, and effectively prolonging its service life.
II. Structure
The inner layer adopts specially formulated PVC material, which has good air tightness and chemical stability, can effectively prevent the penetration and leakage of oxygen and acetylene gases, and ensure the purity of the gas;
The intermediate PVC layer is added to enhance the flexibility and compression strength of the hose, making it less likely to be damaged during bending, and at the same time effectively bonding the two layers of fiber-reinforced layers;
The outer layer is a wear-resistant protective PVC layer, which has excellent scratch resistance, acid and alkali resistance and UV resistance, and protects the internal structure from external environmental erosion.
2. Double fiber reinforced layers design: two layers of high-strength fiber threads are evenly distributed on both sides of the middle adhesive layer, forming a mesh reinforced structure, which greatly improves the tensile strength and tear-resistant performance of the hose, prevents the hose from being broken due to external pulling in the process of use, and guarantees the safety of use. At the same time greatly improve the pressure resistance of the hose, working pressure of 40kg, burst pressure of 120kg.
3. Dual independent gas supply hoses: two independent gas delivery hoses are glued together to deliver oxygen and acetylene respectively, avoiding gas mixing, eliminating potential safety hazards from the structure, and at the same time, it is easy to use.

Usage specification
1. Pre-installation inspection: Need to carefully check the surface of the hose for damage, cracks and other defects before use, and confirm that the joints at both ends are well sealed.
2.
