I. General Characteristics

This PVC clear hose is made from high-quality industrial-grade polyvinyl chloride (PVC) raw materials. It is formed through a heating extrusion process and is specifically designed for industrial, agricultural and civilian fluid transmission scenarios. It features high transparency and stable performance.

The PVC clear hose has a transparent texture, with a light transmittance of over 90%. It allows for direct observation of the internal fluid state. It has excellent physical properties, with a bending recovery rate of 95% at room temperature. The surface is scratch-resistant and wear-resistant, and the material is lightweight and soft, making it convenient for manual handling and mechanical installation. It also has flame-retardant properties (self-extinguishing when separated from a flame), and is suitable for various environments.

II. Structure Design

It adopts a single-layer dense structure, which is made by mixing PVC resin base material with plasticizers and stabilizers. 

 

The wall thickness is uniform (tolerance ± 0.1mm). The inner wall is smooth, which can reduce the frictional resistance of the fluid; the outer layer is added with UV protection additives to extend the outdoor service life. 

 

The non-layered design ensures the integrity of the hose material and avoids the problem of inter-layer separation caused by temperature differences.

The inner diameter ranges from 4mm to 75mm, and the wall thickness can be selected from 1.5mm to 8.0mm. The standard length is 50 meters per roll, and custom lengths from 1 to 100 meters of continuous hoses are also available.
