I. General Characteristics

This PVC garden hose is crafted with intelligent design and advanced technology, using high-quality polyvinyl chloride composite material and high-strength polyester fibers. It features both lightweight and high toughness. The surface of the hose is comfortable to touch and easy to grip due to the high quality material, and it is not easy to come off even when it gets wet. Its unique self-healing ability can automatically repair minor scratches, effectively extending its service life. The material is non-toxic and odorless, making it safe for use in food crop irrigation. In extreme environments, the hose can withstand cold of -15℃ and high temperature of 65℃, showing excellent environmental adaptability.

II. Structure

It adopts three-layer composite structure:

The innermost layer is anti-bacterial PVC infusion layer, which inhibits the growth of bacteria and protects the health of water;

The second layer is the staggered twill weave polyester fiber reinforcement, which endows the hose with superb tensile and pressure-resistant ability;

The third layer is the UV-resistant PVC protective layer, which protects against sunlight aging, and the abrasion-resistant material strengthens the scratch-resistant performance, so it is not easy to be broken even if you drag it on the rough ground.
