I. General characteristics

Food-grade PVC raw materials and galvanized steel wire reinforcement layer composite technology, to create a flexible and durable, hygienic and safe fluid transport hose. With high transparency, corrosion resistance and aging resistance, it is suitable for material transfer in food, pharmaceutical, daily chemical and other industries.

II. Structure Analysis

1. Inner hose layer: made of food-grade PVC, smooth inner wall reduces fluid resistance and prevents material retention and adhesion.

 

2. Reinforcement layer: precision winding galvanized steel wire skeleton, to enhance the negative pressure resistance and tensile properties, to ensure the stability of the hose structure.

 

3. Outer hose layer: Wear-resistant PVC outer layer, strong weather resistance, anti-wear, anti-tear, prolong service life.
