I. Overall Characteristic

PVC granules are in a granular form under normal conditions. Their appearance is usually white, colored or transparent, or semi-transparent. The color and shape can be customized according to requirements. It is non-flammable and will automatically extinguish when away from the fire source, effectively enhancing the safety of use. It also has excellent weather resistance, maintaining stable performance under different temperatures, humidity and light conditions, and is not prone to aging or deformation. Its geometric stability is also outstanding, with precise dimensions, and it can maintain a stable shape during processing and use.

PVC granules, also known as polyvinyl chloride granules, are the basic raw material for plastic molding. 

They come in white, colored, transparent or semi-transparent granular forms. They begin to soften at 80-85℃ and have the characteristics of being non-flammable, having high strength, being resistant to weathering, and having excellent geometric stability.

They are made by mixing polyvinyl chloride resin with stabilizers, lubricants, auxiliary processing agents, colorants, and antifreeze agents, etc. The various components work together to make the performance of PVC particles even better.
