I. General Characteristics

PVC fiber reinforced hose is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) as the base material, embedded with high-strength polyester fiber braid layer, integrating light weight, weather resistance and economy, designed for industrial, agricultural, household and municipal engineering scenarios to achieve safe and efficient transmission of water, gas, oil and other conventional fluids.

II. Structure Analysis

1. Inner hose:

smooth PVC material, resistant to general chemical corrosion, low fluid resistance, guaranteeing transportation efficiency.

 

2. Reinforcement layer:

high-strength polyester fiber precision braided layer, to enhance the pressure resistance capacity (4-10bar) and anti-deformation properties, to prevent the hose from bursting or twisting.

 

3. Outer hose:

wear-resistant and weather-resistant PVC protective layer, scratch-resistant, UV-resistant, support color customization and logo printing, easy to distinguish between uses.
