It is often add some plasticizers, anti-aging agent, and additively in the process to enhance its heat resistance, toughness, scalability and so on.All kinds of PVC granules, such as rigid, soft, clear and various colors are available. They are used in extrusion, injection and so on, for PVC profile, PVC frame, pipe, seal raw material.
PVC resin is the most widely raw material used in plastic production. It has good chemical stability corrosion resistance and water resistance. It can be dissolved in ace-tones , hydrochloric ether, ester and some alcohol . It can offer good solubility , good electrical insulation ,thermoplasticity and membrane forming capacity.
The PVC Resins are polymerized by suspension process, their appearance being in white powder form. They are essential materials for preparing
PVC compounds. By adding blending agents and employing different techniques, they can be made into rigid or non-rigid PVC products and are suppliable in a wide range of transparent, translucent, and opaque colours.
Application:
Mainly used for transparent films, soft and hard tube, cables, wires, coated products, foam products, construction pipe and profiles, plates, doors and windows, films etc. Also can be used with injection molding mode to produce plastic sandals, soles, slippers, toys, and other daily necessities and automotive and electrical accessories.
