Rongheng PVC steel wire fiber composite anti-static hose, with innovative structure and excellent performance, provides professional conveying solutions for complex working conditions, and helps enterprises to improve production reliability.

It adopts high-strength PVC material and is combined with a  protective structure of steel wire reinforcement layer, fiber reinforcement layer and conductive copper wire, to create a set of anti-static, positive and negative pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, easy to bend in one of the multi-functional hose. Working temperature -20 ℃ ~ 65 ℃, suitable for positive and negative pressure environment, to meet the demanding needs of chemical, electronics, food and other industries.

II. Analysis Of Structure

1. Inner hose layer

- Smooth new PVC material, low friction coefficient of inner wall, reduce the resistance of medium flow, and resist the erosion of chemical substances.

2. Steel wire reinforcement layer

- Spiral galvanized steel wire skeleton,with a negative pressure resistance up to -0.7MPa, anti-stretching, preventing hose from being flattened or broken.

3. Fiber reinforcement layer

- High-quality fiber inter layer, further enhance the overall strength of the hose, and its positive pressure resistance capacity reaches 1.5MPa.

4. Outer protection layer

- Abrasion-resistant PVC outer layer, adding anti-aging and anti-UV additives, excellent ozone, abrasion and weather resistance.

5. Add: anti-static copper wire

- Embedded conductive copper wire, static electricity is safely discharged, effectively preventing the risk of static electricity in flammable and explosive scenarios.
