I. The Structure And The Core Material
• Inner layer:
Made of high-quality PVC material, the inner wall is smooth and flowing, effectively reducing the resistance of fluid transportation.
• Enhancement layer:
- Steel wire reinforcement layer: Spiral wound by highly elastic galvanized steel wire, the negative pressure resistance (up to 0.7MPa) and tensile strength of the hose are enhanced, effectively preventing the deformation and rupture of the hose body.
- Fiber reinforcement layer: High-strength fiber braid layer to enhance the positive pressure resistance (up to 1.5MPa), significantly improving the wear resistance and impact resistance of the hose.
• Outer layer:
The PVC protective layer has strong weather resistance, is resistant to UV, and can withstand high and low temperatures (-20℃ to 65℃), significantly extending the service life of the hose.
II. Core Performance Advantages
1. Pressure resistance and corrosion resistance:
The dual reinforcement design of steel wire and fiber can withstand both positive and negative pressure simultaneously. PVC material can resist the erosion of various chemical media.
2. High toughness at low temperature:
The special formula ensures that the hose remains soft and elastic in a low-temperature environment of -20℃,completely solve the problem of brittleness when meets low temperature of ordinary hose.
