I. General Characteristics
PVC fiber reinforced hose is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) as the basic material, embedded with high strength polyester fiber layer, combining lightweight, durability, water and oil resistance, cost-effective, and realizing high efficiency and stability of fluid conveying through the three-layer composite structure, which is widely used in industry, agriculture, family and municipal engineering and other scenarios.
II. Structure Analysis
1. Inner hose:
Smooth PVC material, corrosion resistance, low friction coefficient of inner wall, guaranteeing low resistance to fluid passage, supporting customization of food grade material (in line with hygiene standards).
2. Reinforcement layer:
High-strength polyester fiber precision braided layer, to enhance the pressure resistance capacity of the hose (working pressure of 4-10bar) and anti-deformation properties, can withstand frequent bending.
3. outer hose:
Wear-resistant and weather-resistant PVC protective layer, scratch-resistant, UV-resistant, support for color customization and logo printing, easy to distinguish between uses.
